“In the fall of 2004 I had an excellent opportunity to participate in the course “Media Branding” in Belgrade. As a result of the five-day training I managed to make the work of our sales department more efficient and to train our staff in aspects of client relations. A year later I shared the newly-acquired skills with my colleagues from the Association of Independent Press and representatives of other outlets during a training I led. I also participated in the conference “Media: the ethics of business, the business of ethics” in Sofia.
